In de Oude Kerk in Delft is tot
en met 16 februari 2020 een kunstwerk te zien in de vorm van een huis
van 16 meter lang en 7 meter hoog. Het gaat om het absurdistische
ontwerp Narrow House van de Oostenrijker Erwin Wurm, dat hij ook toonde
op de Biënnale van Venetië. Nadat het in Delft te bezoeken is geweest, verhuist het naar de West Collection in het Amerikaanse Philadelphia.

Narrow House is an artwork by Austrian artist Erwin Wurm. This monumental sculpture is an absurd version of his parental house (16 metres long, 7 metres high and only 138 cm wide). Narrow House is standing in the Old Church which gives a extraordinary contrast between the majestic gothic architecture with the stained glass windows and the distorted bourgeois prefab house.
